Blending a continued, Chinese traditional Qi Gong study, Tina Zhang introduces this  “Qi Gong for Health,” program - a combination practice of her highly rewarded "Qi Gong for Women" and "The Three Treasures" Chinese Medical Qi Gong and "Taoist Nurturing Life Qi Gong from the Wu Dang Mountains, China - "Turtle and Snake."  These easy-to-do Qi gong exercise are for everyone who is interested in natural health, and love to live well.

In our studio, all of the Qi Gong group classes or private lessons are focused one or few topics specifically designed to help the flow of  energy  in certain areas of the body that have symptomatic pain from blockages or illnesses.  In these classes, practitioners will lean these dynamic yet static Qi Gong exercises, which combine the natural breathing, gentle motion, and relaxed focusing, that effectively release the physical pain in different areas of the body as a main focus, strengthening the immune system as a goal to achieve physical health and create better balanced states of  mind, all in all, healthier life will be the result.
