Qi Gong is about energy balance for health, that combine the natural breathing, gentle movement, and mindful focus which needs to be guided by a teacher to develop the good, healthy foundation in the practice instead of completely through blind-self-learning.  You are always welcome to our open all year around NYC studio to study and practice Qi Gong or Chinese internal martial arts in person!
