Starting Wednesday, April 5th, I will be offering a weekly Qi Gong class in the "Eight Pieces of Brocade" at NikosKids Music Center in Brooklyn. This is a great way to center yourself with movements designed to enhance the function of your internal organs, improve spinal health, and increase vitality.
