"Qi Gong for Women" - a program for women's health. "The Three Treasures" Chinese Medical Qi Gong based on the meridian theory of Chinese Medicine. "Turtle and Snake."  is Taoist Nurturing Life Qi Gong from the Wu Dang Mountains, China.
"Qi Gong Healing", aka, 20 acupuncture points to heal, is a QI Gong program that focus on healing aspect that including heal yourself and others.  These easy-to-do Qi gong exercises are for everyone who is interested in natural health, and love to live well. 

In our studio, all of the Qi Gong group classes or private lessons are focused on different sets of Qi Gong with the same goal of health.  These programs designed to help the flow of  energy  in certain areas of the body that have symptomatic pain from blockages or illnesses.  In these classes, practitioners will learn these dynamic yet static Qi Gong exercises, which combine the natural breathing, gentle motion, and relaxed focusing, that effectively release the physical pain in different areas of the body as a main focus, strengthening the immune system as a goal to achieve physical health and create better balanced states of  mind, all in all, healthier life will be the result.
